Blake & Associates, Inc. is a large commercial appraisal firm covering the state of Kentucky and the state of Tennessee. It is our goal to speed up the appraisal turn time for commercial appraisal work from 3 to 4 weeks to approx 7-10 days. At our firm no commercial job is too large or to small. Competitive bids will be given on all types of non-residential property and typically returned to the client faster than normal industry standards. We will be moving into the Ohio and Indiana Territories in the upcoming future for commercial appraisal work.
All of our staff appraisers are Certified General or Certified Residential Appraisers. Our staff holds FHA designations and performs RHS residential appraisal work. We have a great understanding of appraising property for the secondary market, as well as unique commercial property. KY and TN are large agriculture states where farm appraisals are a must. Many of our staff have an agriculture background, agriculture degree, or have been involved in the day to day activities of a traditional working farm.
