Blake & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1999 with the vision of speeding up the standard appraisal turnaround time from 2 weeks to 3 to 4 business days for residential property. From this the company has grown to cover a large area of central KY for residential appraisals, FHA appraisals, RHS appraisals, construction appraisals, and consulting work with banks, lenders, accountants, etc. Commercial appraisals in Kentucky, insurance reproduction analysis, and working farm appraisals are performed throughout the entire state by Blake & Associates, Inc.   Over the next 2 to 3 years, Blake & Associates, Inc will be expanding its commercial division to Tennessee, Indiana, and Ohio.

 

All of our staff appraisers are either Certified General Appraisers, Certified Residential Appraisers, or Associate Appraisers licensed within the state of KY.  Our staff holds FHA designations and performs RHS residential appraisal work. We have a great understanding of appraising property for the secondary market, as well as unique commercial property. KY is a large agriculture state where farm appraisals are a must.  Many of our staff have an agriculture background, agriculture degree, or have been involved in the day to day activities of a traditional working farm.  To view our coverage areas, please see our state map.
