Ben Davidson is the founder and owner of Blake & Associates, Inc. Appraising since 1997, he holds a Certified General Appraisers license within the state of KY. Ben is an Eastern KY University graduate holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. He works in our Commercial and Farm division. Brian Johnson has been involved in appraising since 2000 and is a Certified General Appraiser. He also holds a KY Real Estate license. Brian is involved in the rental business such as apartments and mini-warehouses. It is this experience that gives him the knowledge to appraise small income properties. Brian is also a real estate investor. Before becoming an appraiser, he owned and operated various recycling businesses in central KY. Brian performs our RHS, FHA, and income producing property appraisals, and focuses on appraising in the rural areas of KY. Andrew Alexander (AKA Drew) is a lifelong resident of Richmond and has been working for Blake & Associates, Inc. since the spring of 2004. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance from Eastern Kentucky University. While at Blake & Associates, Inc. Drew has earned a Certified Residential Designation. He is currently gaining experience appraising income producing property and will receive his General Certification sometime in the spring of 2008. Drew focuses primarily on commercial property. While attending Eastern KY University Drew paid his way through college on a golf scholarship. It is his knowledge and expertise that Drew has for the game that helps aid in our golf course analysis. Ben Godbey has been with Blake & Associates, Inc. since the spring of 2005. He is currently working towards his Certified General Appraisers license within the state of KY. He currently holds a Certified Residential License. Ben is also finishing his degree in Agriculture from Eastern KY University in Richmond, KY. He has seen many parts of the country as he has lived in Missouri, Colorado, and Hawaii. Ben has worked for multiple ranches out west, and aids in our farm appraisal reports.
