DEREK FILLIS, COLORADO CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL APPRAISER
Derek Fillis is a Colorado Certified Residential Appraiser covering the Southern Colorado area primarily, based in Pueblo, CO. He has been a part of Blake and Associates, LLC since 2020, and previously worked for PB&T Bank as a credit analyst and appraisal coordinator where he completed real estate market analysis, evaluations, reviews, and mediated conversations between appraisers and loan officers. Mr. Fillis has resided in Colorado since 2000 and is an alumnus of Colorado State University – Pueblo, with a Master’s in Business Administration. Derek enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing, and seeing new things.
