Lynae Hammer, Certified Colorado & Wyoming General appraiser
Lynae obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Earth Sciences with a concentration in Meteorology from the University of Northern Colorado in 2012. In 2014, Lynae left Northern Colorado to move to Wyoming where she began working in economic research and data analysis. Lynae became a certified general appraiser in November 2020 and currently holds licenses in Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. She has spent the past few years appraising all types of commercial properties. Lynae joined Blake and Associates, LLC in 2022. Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming Lynae is able to service Northern Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Western Nebraska. In her free time, Lynae enjoys spending time with her daughter and dogs.
